Terms and Conditions of Service

• 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
   
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend without notice, you may forfeit the fee for that session and, at our discretion, the working relationship may be concluded.

•  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be considered a missed appointment, and cancellation policies may apply. 

• Payment: Session fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Package Refunds: If services end before all sessions in a package are used, you will be refunded for unused sessions minus a 3% processing fee.
   
• Expired Packages: See Section 9 for usage timeframes.

•  Mutual respect and cooperation are essential. If behavior undermines the therapeutic process, services may be discontinued. Any unused prepaid sessions will be refunded (minus a 3% processing fee). 

•  All recordings, course materials, and resources provided are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, post, or distribute them in any form without prior written consent. 

1.  Your privacy is protected under applicable laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and Florida Statute § 456.057.
   All client information is treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) and handled according to our Privacy Policy (link). Exceptions apply when disclosure is required by law (e.g., threats of harm, abuse reporting). 

• Our services are designed for personal growth, self-discovery, and therapeutic support. They are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. We do not guarantee specific results; your outcomes depend on your personal participation. 

• You agree to actively engage in the process, attend sessions as scheduled, and complete any agreed-upon practices between sessions.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

* These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

By scheduling or attending a session, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
