About Wendie Leighton Phillips

I'm a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist with decades of experience in pattern recognition, structural navigation, and depth work.

I came to this work through my own need to make sense of complexity. For years, I studied Jungian psychology, archetypal patterns, hypnotherapy, and the mechanics of how people get stuck in structures they can't see. Eventually, I realized I was better at helping others see what they couldn't articulate than I was at following anyone else's map.

My training is extensive—certifications in clinical and transpersonal hypnotherapy, soul writing methodology, regression work, somatic integration. But credentials don't do the work. Pattern recognition does.

I don't use scripts. I don't follow formulas. Every session is designed around what's actually emerging for the person in front of me—not what's supposed to happen according to someone else's method.

This isn't therapy. I'm not treating mental health conditions. This is pattern navigation for people who are structurally misaligned with a life they've outgrown.

This isn't coaching. I'm not motivating you or helping you optimize. I'm helping you access what you already know but can't reach through normal thinking.

I work with Generation X professionals who are 

carrying too much, adapting too often, and quietly exhausted from holding everything together. They're not in crisis. They're in transition. And they want navigation—not rescue.

I maintain a small, referral-based practice. I work with 6-8 clients at a time because this work requires genuine attention. I also know when to say no. If we're not a good structural fit, I'll tell you—and I'll point you toward what would actually serve you better.
